Disgusting service
Three men came to deliver my couch they were rude and not helpful
Brett morgan left the couch outside my door saying there was no physical was to get the couch in and he wont keep trying
Left my couch outside my front door
My husband and i lifted the couch and put it in ourselves in one min
Disgusting service was giving attitude in our home walked in all of them with dirty shoes in the bedroom and dirtied the carpet
We paid extra for them to put together the couch and remove rubbish
He left the couch outside ??

This is the second time I’ve used this delivery service because they are contracted by the furniture company I purchased from, and unfortunately, their service has been consistently disappointing. My husband paid an additional $300 for unpacking and rubbish removal, which I wasn’t aware of at first. When the delivery team left everything in boxes and dumped the packaging, I video-called my husband, who confirmed he had paid extra for these services. After multiple calls to the delivery company and their manager, they claimed I instructed them not to unpack, which is completely untrue.
We had to reach out to the furniture company for a refund or assistance, and only then did they agree to return and complete the unpacking. The delivery driver was also rude. Very dissatisfied with this service and would not recommend it.

I had a few pieces of furniture delivered by this company and it could not have gone any better. They were punctual, professional and fast.
It has been raining so the ground was wet. They even removed their shoes when they came into the house so not to drag mud in. That was so appreciated and unexpected.
They were also courteous and polite on top of being efficient. Great experience overall.

Do not use Modern Movers if you don't want a thug coming into your property. I had an angry, aggressive nutcase come to deliver my coffee table (organised by the furniture company). When I asked him why he hadn't called me half an hour prior to delivery, as discussed with the company, he blew his nut, yelled at me telling me he was just a delivery driver, rolled my table back down like garbage and drove off with it! So pretty much stole my coffee table. When I contacted the company, no apology, just an offer to return the next day. When I advised I wasn't available the next day, they came anyway! Absolutely disgusting 'service'. I wish I had taken a video of the delivery and taken it to the police. I would give zero stars if I could.

Very dangerous drivers could have killed me & a cyclist this morning. Going way too fast around the corner, it looked like the truck was about to tip. I had to stop my car to avoid being hit by them in my lane. The cyclist got the fright of his life as they went around him instead of slowing down for a few seconds like a normal person.
I wouldn't trust these people to safely deliver my belongings without damage.

Amazing! We have had two deliveries from a furniture store, both times the team were professional, turned up on time, had great communication leading up to the day, were friendly and helpful and they unpacked the boxes, put the furniture together AND took the rubbish with them. I couldn't be happier with the service and the company!
