Marko and Dusan did an amazing job delivering a sofa to my place. It needed to go downstairs with tricky access but they pulled out all stops to find a way to make it happen.

Great experience from this company from beginning to end. Good communication and pick up was quick and efficient. All staff from stock handlers to office staff were a pleasure to deal with. Great work guys !!! Beautiful customer service 👌

Absolutely bad service! Staff (delivery drivers mainly) were super rude and completely unhelpful. I asked if I could throw away some cardboards and instead of a polite no, I got attitude and sarcasm. Don't you read paper? Really? Who speaks like that? Please learn some manners.

I just received my beautiful Molmic sofa delivered by Dusan and Marco from Modern Movers. They are professionals giving me a 2 hour time slot the day before and they called 30 mins before arrival. They didn't complain about difficult place to park, they just got the job done and installed the modules, clicking them together. Thank you.

This company is the best! I have bought multiple items from globe west and the service from booking to delivery to unboxing/assembling and rubbish removal is flawless. They have always called shortly before arrival; they have always arrived on time; they are always courteous and have never complained about lack of parking; they take gentle care of the items, and remove all rubbish with great attention to detail. I love the furniture but I also would buy from globe west again purely because their delivery provider is so good!

Disgusting service
Three men came to deliver my couch they were rude and not helpful
Brett morgan left the couch outside my door saying there was no physical was to get the couch in and he wont keep trying
Left my couch outside my front door
My husband and i lifted the couch and put it in ourselves in one min
Disgusting service was giving attitude in our home walked in all of them with dirty shoes in the bedroom and dirtied the carpet
We paid extra for them to put together the couch and remove rubbish
He left the couch outside ??
