Young boys were very polite professional experienced. They were late only half an hour but did notify me which works realy well for me coz we’ve new born gave us the heads up.
They dismantle our gas lift bed and put it back together at drop off.

Neither of the two individuals moving the items apologised for these events. To emphasise how bizarre they were, there were two, small roadworks signs noting there were road works some 500m away from my place, and when I showed them the google maps route with a clear drive straight to my place, they just nodded. And after asking how one of them was able to get lost in the building, and walk down stairs instead of taking a lift to G, he again just sort of said 'Okay'. I walked with them the rest of the 'packing up'.
From my original place, to my new place, and in completing unpacking, all went fine, although slowly. They'd extended the completion time expertly, by the time they finished it was 4.0 hours on the dot. For context, the last move I did was for 20% more stuff and a +5km distance, and took 3.5 hours.
When I asked for a receipt before paying they then refused, and insisted I pay via PayID, or cash. Then commenced a 15-minute group conversation between me, them, and their coordinator on the phone, before I was able to be sent a bill. They didn't offer any reduction in price. I paid the bill immediately.
I'd recommend this company charge more for their services instead of permitting their employees to employ embarrassing tactics to extend and complicate the move. Moving is stressful enough as it is. This was a terrible experience.Read more
