The whole team at Chess has been superb from office to the delivery guys.
Thank you for doing a great job and for making an otherwise stressful time much less so.
We have had our house contents in and out of storage several times due to several moves and the team have always been professional, reliable and efficient at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use the company again and recommend the company to others.

Overall it went good, but I would tend more towards a 3 1/2 star rating. I believe that 5 packing people to move this single occupied, 3 bedroom home being a bit much. Therefore it has been quite difficult keeping track and not standing in each other’s way. Some kitchen utensils being left in a couple of cupboards and the garage remote got packed up somewhere. Leaving the property without a garage opener for a while. Hopefully the TV got packed up okay, as the stand got left on and the polystyrene got cut to fit in the living room. Extremely messy practice!
Looking forward to unpacking and hoping for the best for that TV and the new side by side fridge.

Amazingly efficient and professional!

Chess Moving has been super-efficient and friendly. Quote was good. My timing was tight, but they made it happen. Sonia in Adelaide made miracles happen late on a Friday. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the management and transport of my furniture from Adelaide to Perth. Friendly staff. Very good price. I recommend you give them a call before you make a decision to accept any other removalist
