Moving with Sam were flexible when I needed to alter the delivery day and the package was delivered on that day. However their customer service leaves much to be desired. The company did notify me via text of when to expect them to deliver my package so I could arrange to be at home. However, after waiting three hours, which was the delivery time frame, there was still no package. I took calling the office to figure out when the package would arrived, which was almost an hour later. The delivery drivers were then unapologetic at being late. The simple courtesy of notifying me they were running late and apologising would have been enough to make me feel like a valued customer.

WILDLY incompetent, do not use for any reason!
By far the worst experience I have ever had with any delivery company.
I've had 3 deliveries (from the same order) delivered by Moving With Sam, none have gone ok. The first time they scratched brand new floors and tried to refuse to carry furniture up a single flight of stairs. The second time they scheduled delivery on Friday night for Saturday morning when no one would be there, then didn't pick up multiple calls and texts telling them this, and still showed up. When they re-attempted delivery, 2 pieces of wood furniture were soaking wet, had clearly been left in the rain.
The third delivery, they scheduled for 1pm-4pm, and I get a call at 10am that they are 5 minutes away...
