I spent a whole week chasing them, and now they’re saying their insurance won’t pay because the TV wasn’t in the original box. Seriously? The damage happened while it was in their care.
Under Queensland Consumer Guarantees, services are supposed to be done with due care and skill. They failed that basic legal responsibility.
They took my money, ignored my calls, and completely destroyed my trust. I’d look elsewhere — unprofessional and untrustworthy.
Edit- it’s a lie. They didn’t ask me for the box. The driver contacted me and wanted me to say that he did ask me for the box. The company is a fraud. I have already filed a complaint against them. Be careful. Some of the reviews seems fake as well.
Also,
Today the driver threatened me by texting and asking me to remove the review as because of it he is being questioned and he is forcing me to say that the tv was already broken. I am surprised as to what long lengths this company will go to disregard there responsibilities . Also, they are contradicting please check there roles to this review earlier .I feel concerned about my family. I would also be filing it with police.
Please beware of this company. I will keep you all posted.

If I could give 0 stars I would but 1 sr will have to do.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT go with these guys. They will take your money and destroy your things. I had my stuff moved out of storage and in to my new home and nearly everything has either been broken or is damaged. Nothing was moved with care and they won’t take any responsibility. I followed it up with them only to be disrespected and no compensation for what they’ve damaged. Some of the broken items were a tv, 2 bookshelves, another bookshelf with chunks taken out, a brand new lamp that hadn’t even been taken out of the box, a broken fan, ripped chairs, ripped mattress, every single container was smashed, a side table. I was told my furniture was outdated and “wobbly” but the things they broke had nothing wrong with them and were pretty new. I wish I read the bad reviews before I hired them. Believe the bad reviews. Everything stated by the unhappy customers sounds just like the horrible experience I just went through. I’m still distraught and can’t fathom how these people can be paid and then just destroy all your belongings.Read more
