Would not recommend, I suspect one of their employees is a thief.
I strongly suspect (with corroborating evidence) that an employee from this company stole goods from me while conducting a recent delivery. The internal investigation conducted by management was cursory at best and the response so unsatisfactory that I have had to report the suspected theft to the police.

Just want to thank you for the two young men you sent to remove and deliver our furniture.
Very impressed by the attention to detail these two young men took to make sure every piece of our furniture was well protected during the move.
I can tell you now if these two guys were qualified to work in the Security Industry, I would have tried very hard to poach both to work for me.
Kyle Bay removals was recommended to us by PRD Real Estate Kogarah, if asked we would not hesitate to recommend your company to others.

The team from Kyle Bay Removals moved us out of our property yesterday and they provided excellent service. Right from Lorne quoting, Khrysta liaising and the team moving us out of our property, they helped make a stressful experience so much easier to deal with.

If I could 0 stars, I would. Being in the military I have moved ALOT,and these people are by far the worst, I’d rather go with the guys that were so useless I had to pack the truck myself. Damages to our belongings in excess of $6000 including collectibles and items that can’t be replaced, if you’re going to be in this kind of business learn to have some respect for peoples belongings. The people packing our stuff didn’t listen to what we said about our things and showed no respect for anything that was fragile. Absolute disgrace.

I don't usually give out 5 star reviews, 4 max. We just completed our 10th move interstate, this one from Sydney to Brisbane and our first with Kyle Bay Removals. To say they have been the best is an understatement. The pre-packers arrived 10min early (7:20am) with 3 packers for a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house with everything packed and ready for the uplifters by 5pm. The uplift crew the next day arrived 40mins early (6:20am)and had the house packed into 2 x 20ft shipping containers by 1pm. The entire Kyle Bay team has been professional, friendly, and great to work with. This team are hands down the best removal company we have dealt with and will be the first to be recommended in the future.

Used Kyle Bay Removals & Storage 3 yrs ago, on agreeing with the quote to move our furniture from Rockdale NSW to Smithfield QLD I asked about insurance cover, filled in the relevant forms & faxed through to Kyle Bay & happy to pay the insurance cover fee. However when our items were removed from the truck in QLD our large plasma TV was damaged [a complete rite-off cracked screen] & damaged old Balinese coffee table. On contacting Kyle Bay to explain they hadn't sent through or charged my C/card for the insurance cover before the move & they suggested i can now pay for the insurance cover & then try to claim.
I would have thought Insurance cover would be sorted out before items being picked up. Not professional in my opinion & felt they deliberately avoided the insurance charge to avoid liability.
