Charged a full price of $200 for travel of 10 minutes. Never stated about charging travel prior to the booking.
1 good worker out of the 3. Plenty of whinging even though I was helping them carrying everything. We would never trust them to move our stuff without us been there.

They charged me $2030 for a job which could be done in a third of the price. They broke a leg of a $15000 buffet cabinet, damaged a door, broke a bed frame, dented a $12000 piano black sound system, and list goes on. Scratches everywhere. 3 men with a big truck could not finish moving a 4 bedroom house and had to rebook for the next week. The owner of the business is not around. He is sitting in Cairns and doesn't care about customers. If you care about your furniture and your pocket, look for another removalist.

Hired this company last Saturday for a local move. I went with them because he stated that it was 3 men. They turned up and one of these men is almost 70 years old or older. They refused to take things as they wouldn’t fit on the truck. I took every single box in the house and they refused to take smaller items. They broke my daughters drawers and said oh it’s because they are from ikea, you get 2-3 moves and they fall apart, I replied it’s the first time they are being moved. They scratched my fridge and almost dropped it off the porch and broke my main tv and are refusing to replace or repair anything. They stated to me that it was too bad and they did the best they could do. They also complained about the job even though it only took 5 hours and finally they just dumped everything in the garage at the end because they were on a fixed rate. Worst remover company yet

Highly recommend this company! I will use them again in future for both personal moving and for the business. Harry was amazing and very professional. Definitely an asset to this business! Nothing was a problem. Received a call 30mins before arrival. All guys were on time, moved quickly and still maintained great quality. Keeping in mind this was a last minute urgent move and the team in the office went above and beyond for me as well as the guys moving my belongings.

Brilliant Professional Company !! There is so much I can say about these guys, but I will have to write an Essay. On Saturday the 15 August our move was booked ( deposit paid) with another moving company who were due at 7 am, by 9 am nobody had arrived and no phones were being answered, by 9.15am I decided to try and find a company who may be able to do such short notice especially on a Saturday.
Paradise Point Removals were the first ones I called. Unbelievably they were able to help me later in the day, they kept in touch to let me know their progress for ETA etc etc.
They arrived at the time they said they would and started to load. Brett & Anton were absolute Champions, 2 great friendly and hard working guys.
They had just completed a Brisbane move and still worked like troopers to get our furniture loaded. Their meticulous planned loading ensured our volume to fit as we were not sure if the truck size would take all our belongings. They delivered all our possessions and were unpacked by 7 pm. Totally damage free, placed where we wanted items.
I am so grateful to them . You guys saved us from great hassles. Thank you Thank you for a wonderful Job. I certainly recommend them to anyone for a stress free move.Read more
