Terrible experience, I highly regret working with this company. Would not engage again.
Quoted one hourly rate on the phone, ghosted us on the pre-move walk through, then turned up the next day demanding a higher hourly rate. Sent fewer removalists than needed so they could log more hours and charge more.
On top of that, because they did not ask how big our TV was, or attend the walk through to measure it, they broke it.

Keep away, they are scammers. Went through the quote form on their website. Come the day of pickup, the job had been palmed off to someone else who turned up and complained the quote was not correct, they wanted to up the 2k more than quoted. They wanted full payment before they would touch anything, so told them to go away. Such poor form, when you try to book a move and they just plan to take advantage of you on the day when you are venerable and need the move done. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Damaged valuable antique furniture. I moved some belongings into a storage unit and they insisted they could cram everything in. I didn't want to watch and was told they did me a favour and covered my antique chairs with their moving blanket. When I eventually unpacked the storage unit I realised the blanket was used to hide the fact that they had broken a large piece of wood off the decorative backrest of one of a kind antique chair. They're dishonest, they should have admitted the damage and had their insurance deal with it.
Not only that but they stored my brand new fridge with the door closed and since they should have know better, I can only assume this is something they do for customers they don't like. As I accidentally left food inside in a hidden compartment, the fridge was damaged in storage by rats that ate through the rubber seal and even the aluminium body to get inside. Avoid these movers like the plague!

Thrilled with the service of Leisure Coast Removals, in particular Dylan and Andrew. These guys were fab on our intrastate move, which included pre-pack, travel and unload (four days worth). We experienced their awesome professionalism and nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!!!

We just moved a full 3 bed house from Callala Beach to Gerringong and I cannot rate these guys andly more! We actually moved 4 months ago with another company which was awful, so I was nervous on this move....but wow these guys exceeded all expectations, including my very fussy husband's! Hard workers, fast, all english speakers (this is oddly important with moving as you want things to go where they are supposed to).

Mick, Andrew and the rest of the boys did an awesome job for us! We have moved 9 times in 12 years and this is the first move that we have made where all of our stuff arrived in one piece without any damage. The boys worked hard and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend them for your next move.
