The boys worked like Trojans & no request was too hard & the truck driver Matthew was an excellent leader & knows his business. Bart was exceptionally helpful & went out of his way to help out in stressful time. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a removalist. First Class

I assisted my elderly mother move from just outside Toowoomba to Brisbane. The experience with Taylor's Removals Toowoomba was quite smooth. The team at Taylor's was polite and helpful to work with during the scoping and preparation phases, including buying some moving boxes. On the day of removal and then download, they were efficient and smooth, and the job was done quickly on both days, with no breakages or issues. I thought the cost was quite reasonable too. Overall, happy with the service provided.

Fantastic service from the initial enquiry phone call with Dianne who was really on the ball. She got me moving - literally!
Prompt, reliable, very friendly and had my items moved and on their way interstate within a week of my initial phone call!
Amazing.
The drivers - Paul & Bart - showed up on time, and were in constant communication - meaning I could get hold of them- even very early that morning! In terms of customer service this was a completely new experience for me and it was extremely reassuring as I had travelled interstate from Perth to Queensland on a 24 hour turnaround JUST for this move as the goods were in a storage unit - so you can appreciate my levels of stress - what if they were NOT reliable?
Absolutely NO problem there - the guys were amazing!
I cannot rate the whole experience highly enough.
DO use this company for your next move.

I had two teams work for my during my move. 1 doing door to door move and the other emptying a storage container and stacking the contents very neatly in my new garage. I can not fault their professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic. I did 13 moves while an army officer and this was by far the best move regards timing, no broken items and a can help attitude. I know the business has just changed hands, but it is clear the new business is in safe hands!
