Excellent Job!
Lucky and his team did an outstanding job. They were friendly, efficient, and very professional throughout the move. All my belongings were handled with great care and arrived safely. Communication was clear from start to finish. I’d definitely choose their service again!

Lucky and his co-worker were fantastic. Nothing got damaged, they worked fast and put back together furniture. Great customer service and a cheap price. I would highly recommend them!

Lucky and his crew handled every item—big or small—with exceptional care and attention to detail. Fragile pieces were carefully wrapped, heavy furniture was moved without a scratch, and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. Get Lucky removals are absolutely amazing. They were on time and very easy to work with. They not only wrapped my mattress but also wrapped my table and TV cabinet to protect them. I had no issues with them and they were cheaper than the other removalists I got quotes from.

Lucky and his team took double the amount of time needed. I moved from A to B 8 months ago by Lucky and another from his team, it took 9 hours 30 min including about 50 mins drive. they would take stuff away to load and didn’t return for 20-40 minutes and same for offload trip. Every single trip! I didn’t question at the time because I was on my own and afraid of retaliation and abuse of my stuff. Today, I moved the same stuff from B to C. it took 4 hours 12 min including 10 min drive. I noticed todays’s Removalist would return in less than 10 min when loading at B, while Lucky and his team took at least25 mins to return when off Loading at place B. The care with furniture are okay except they took the blanket off on my appliances and left a fresh scratch. He didn’t admit at first.
I hate to leave negative review but feel so ripped off. No one has said similar things in here but this is my experience.
