WE Hughes has moved our family several times. We have also had storage with them for many years. Our experience with WE Hughes has always been a fantastic one. From the sales staff through to the removalist team, their customer service is impeccable. Would recommend to anyone looking to relocate.

Terrible removalist company. Damaged over 50 items, lost items and full off excuses. Blatantly dishonest. No accountability. Left rubbish, cigarette butts and dirt throughout the house and yard. No respect for looking after your belongings. Threw items onto the truck. Threw items into boxes without carefully packing. No wrapping of furniture to prevent damage. Save your time and sanity and go elsewhere.

As an ex-serviceman who has moved across Australia 28 times over the course of my career, I have experienced the very bad and not-so bad of removals. On retirement, we chose WE Hughes after a positive first moving experience with them. This second time was easily the BEST removal experience we’ve ever had. The total cost was very competitive, but cost aside, the whole team were nothing short of terrific. Engagement with the office staff was always very positive and the pre-pack, uplift, storage (two months) and delivery were all great. Hughes staff were polite, entirely honest, on time, professional and a cheery bunch. Over nearly four containers full of effects, not one single breakage or loss (yes, sadly, I’ve experienced outright theft during moves with other removalists).
Moving house is never a fun process, but thank you, Hughes for making this experience as painless as possible. I honestly hope that I don’t move again until it’s me in the box, but if I do, I will definitely call upon WE Hughes.Read more
