I can't even give one star to this business, it would be too much credit, for their bad service they provide and their disrespectful manner to treat customers. I shipped a parcel To Venezuela online, i paid $250 for the shipment and warranty, the parcel was due to deliver on the 9th Dec 2021, there was an error with declaration form, no detected by this people prio to send the parcel, when the parcel arrive to the country destination, i advised Pack and Send online customer service about and over charge issues, because of a declaration error.. they asked for receipts to request an amendment, the day before Chantelle one their a customer agent, emailed me saying the country customs has rejected accept the declaration amendment. My receiver in the destination country whom work within international shipment industry contacted the parcel carrier third party company (DHL) Venezuela, who asked for the same documentation that Pack & Send requested to amend the declaration. k & Send customer care told that they rejected it... I speak the local language Venezuela, was no difficult to resolve the issue with the Venezuelan team. But Pack & Send Australia has been the worse! the manager was rude, uncaring, and did not care, everytime i call the bark at me over the phone and make feel, i am bothering. My parcel still unresolved, it was a Christmas family gifts which it won't arrive on time, if arrive... this people is the despicable, they won't take responsibility for anything, no customer services values at all. On top, i am fearing for the items, i requested of their super restricted warranty policy and it looks like anything happen i may lose my money, in total i have over more $400 dollars sending a box with this people, plus the $value of the items, and nothing has been take care of by them. I complaining to raise a complaint through the consumer tribunal, this Pack & Send people are misleading customer about their services and products, they sale a warranty that do not cover responsibility for anything and not visible when you doing your own selfservice online. On top their self service process requires to handle the parcel Open! and it something is missing they want cover anything, regardless the warranty they make you buy, believing it would be a safe way to secure your parcel items. I DO NOT! RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO NO ONE . Online self service is even worser, they blame at you the whole time, claiming its an online self service.Read more
