They were outstanding, they were early to arrive. Had great communication skills with myself and my daughter. They worked hard and efficiently, going above and beyond in all regards. They made something hard, become a much easier job. I will use them from now on whenever I need to move or relocate and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Steve and Kurt moved two pianos for me. Communication with Steve was clear, and his quoted price was reasonable. They punctually wrapped two pianos with carpets and delivered them with great care. Both were friendly and efficient!

READ the 1star reviews. I did & thought the behaviours described were historic; WRONG! When Steve visited my home, quoted the job, made a commitment to a time & date & shook my hand, it never occurred to me that he would then ghost me, block my number/email & simply fail to arrive. Who does that? Passive-aggressive people, psychopaths, sociopaths, sure but a business owner/operator? Why? It couldn't be because I was too stingy, because I offered to pay a higher than quoted rate, volunteering that the quote was too cheap. After offering to additionally pay for worker accommodations & all meals, incidentals & other costs, Steve knew I booked that all, because I sent him the Booking Confirmation. So instead of simply declining the job, or cancelling the job, I was ghosted & he simply never arrived. But why? I hate that Steve chose to do this. It left me with no wiggle room on an end of lease situation & less than 1 week to come up with alternate removers. But what a stroke of luck! I recently used Steve’s removal service and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was fast and efficient, handling everything with great care and attention to detail. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed and reassured at every stage. No task was too difficult, and they showed impressive problem-solving skills when unexpected challenges arose. Steve and his team were professional yet incredibly friendly, even taking the time to include my son in the process, making him feel important and part of the move. Overall, the service provided outstanding value, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Steve and James were great. Everything was loaded up quickly and safely. They took great care and nothing was damaged. We have a huge plant that also survived the 80km trip. They were really friendly, honest and efficient. We'll be using them for our next move for sure. Very competitive pricing as well, better than all other quotes we requested. Thanks guys.

I have used Steve & his crew a few times now and they are always super fast which is great these days when every penny counts. Last week I had an extremely heavy big old leather lounge that I needed transporting at the last moment and of course it was no trouble for them.
