Can't say enough about the quality of work, care taken with our goods, friendliness of the guys and total professional service provided by Sebastian and his team. They worked non-stop for 4.5 hours until the removal was complete. Thank you so much guys for a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend to anyone requiring a professional removals team.

My daughter and recently moved house,within rutherford. Sabastian his wife and their removalist workers are the absolute best in the area. We were abandoned by our first removalist after the first day, they damaged property and then claimed that it was already damaged prior to them starting the removal. I had called them the week prior to book in for April 3rd. They then booked us in for May 3rd, They wouldn't move anything that was not in a box or a bulk item. They were surprised that we had so much to move, I did book in for a 4 and 2 with a full garage and outside items. The said originally upon booking that they would work until they finished the move. This was not the case. From 11am-5:30pm they worked then insisted upon being paid immediately at the end of the day. Our maintenance man stated that it seems as though they pay cash to the removal staff. The wife showed up with cash at the end of the day. They said that they would return the following afternoon to finish. The next day they showed up at around 9:30am we were not ready as they said the previous day that they would arrive in the afternoon, so we were in a panic . The owner then said they would go and do another job that they had booked and return in the afternoon, we said great. By 2:10pn no one had shown up. I called several times and left messages. I finally got a call back from the owner after 3pm. He said non of his staff would return to work for me as I was rude to them! Frustrated was what we were as they continued to say that they wouldn't take a lot of what needed moving. It came down to us asking what would they move. As we waited for them to return all fridges and freezers were unpacked from 10:30pm-6:30pm.
After them stating they were not returning we had to find another removalist asap.
Our maintenance person that helped us through the move stated that they were not a nice crew and overheard numerous comments that were related to not wanting to work!
My daughter after the first removalist quit mid way though our move found Peter Dymond removals. I can only give them the highest praise for the way they helped us with the remainder of our move. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great removalist company in the local area.
We moved during pouring days of rain,they didn't complain and were always happy, polite and respectful of property. They are great!

We enlisted Sebastian and his brother to move furniture for us for a second time in 6 months. From start to finish they were polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Sebastian's eye for detail was incredible, even getting out a tape measure to make sure furniture would fit where we planned for it to go. Other removalists just plonk the furniture and couldn't care whether items fit or not. They really took enormous care. All furniture was delivered safely without so much as a scratch. As we were moving into a strata development where on that day the buildings NEW lift had been installed, we were anxious that any loose soil or damage would have the body corporate breathing down our necks. Not a mark was left.
My husband and I that night almost felt sad that we wouldn't be moving again, just to have the pleasure of using them again. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic company. Had an issue getting a fridge upstairs. They had a crew available in a couple hours to help us out.
