I have been dealing with Colless Young for around 20 years, bringing in about 4 shipments a year, & have never had an issue with them. They are friendly, efficient with great communication, & have at times gone over & above what would generally have been expected of them. Can't see our business ever changing to another Freight Forwarder. They completely look after all aspects of my shipments, so I don't have to do a thing except forward them the paperwork, & they take it from there. Just love dealing with them.

Never ever use this company unless you want to be ripped off!! i shipped about 10 containers and everyone had significant delays (due to their dock staff leaving on the dock I received a $7500 demurrage fee); costs added, fault blaming, damaged goods even when we have proof of how they left overseas ports . If I could give a Zero I would. Absolutely disgraceful money grabbing business that i will never use again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Allan and his team at Colless Young keep us informed if imports are not going to plan due to circumstances outside their control & do their best to keep costs down.
