Read before using the company, Asked for a quote a couple of days in advance and got told the job price is $500 double checked with them and sent all of the details the morning of the move, they ring me and say, it’s further then we thought (I had already given them the address for the quote) but they are charging from where there last job was, and now they want extra $150 -$200 for the job,
If you are using expect to pay more on the day or not end up using them
Using the roads that where open,
It was a 31 minute drive according to google maps when you where on the phone ( the road was not shut it was a dead end a mistake in google maps) and I told them in the first phone call, the time from my address was 30 minutes and when I drove to the location it took 30 minutes)
I simple informed you that one of the routes google maps recommends does not exist however both roots were within one minute of time difference,
However the person on the phone told me that they where basically charging from where the last job finish not my address ((so they where adding time for the drive form there))Read more
