Unprofessional and antagonistic.
By the end of the night I was threatened by an employee and almost run over by there truck.
I asked for 3 packers and they sent me three people who couldn’t speak English. When they were packing my kitchen pantry items they literally took items out of small kitchen tubs one by one instead of picking up the tray and putting it in the box.
When unpacking they threw all the boxes and butchers paper in the middle of my lounge room and told me it was my mess to pick up.
They left shrink wrap in every room and dumped all items in the middle of the room.
This was even after I went and purchased lunch for two of them.
Charged over $4,000 for the day and when I questioned the main guy he threatened me with more charges as I was delaying the payment.
The main office person did not care and did not listen and told me I should have called during the day if I was unhappy.
I paid to get them off my property and when the guy left he swerved close to me showing off his frustration.
I do not recommend them. This was some time ago so I don’t have pictures but I hope this sitters just one person. $4,000 was a joke.Read more

Had a job with them last week. 3 bedroom house. They sent 2 guys, Diego and Nicholas. Very professional and friendly. They were focused and fast. Good price too.
Happy with the service and totally recommend if you are moving houses.

Diego and Nicolas were excellent. They were efficient and super helpful with our move. They took care with our belongings and made sure we were happy with each part of the move and set up at the new location. Thank you to Holloway and Diego and Nicolas for helping us with our move.

Sammy and Param came to my rescue today. they have been amazing, polite, careful with my items. helped with all the items to gently be placed in their place. 100% would recommend their services. hreat work guys, thank you for making a stressful situation better.
