Terrible customer service. We took the time to complete their online quote request form and they did not provide a quote at all for our relocation, inefficient in their responses. A few back and forth emails - asking questions that were already provided on the form. In the end, Prue stopped replying and wasted our time. Clear that they were not interested in our business. Would not recommend at all.

I ask them to come to my place to give me a quote to move house furniture to evelyn road evelyn in Queensland and they didn't arrive and I live in mount Gambier SA

Had a piano moved from one house to another in town. One of the removalists was extremely rude just about the whole time and when they got the piano into the new house they had dented the walls at both ends when we were putting very small floor protectors on. I immediately messaged the owner that I'd organised the job with and no response for a week. Sent an email and got a response from Prue in the office stating that the job was to move the piano not to put very small feet under it to protect the floor and basically was told too bad about the wall. Will never use this company and would not recommend to anyone...

Highly recommend this business. After being let down at the last minute by a competitor local to Mount Gambier ( owner/operator who's business name suggests luxury/elite - and he certainly is not!) Prue couldn't have been more helpful and got my move organized for the next day. This was important as we had 48 hours to be out of where we were. Steve and Jamie did an excellent job were courteous efficient and did a great job. Wouldn't use anyone else in the future.

I am adding this for two reasons. One the earlier bad review and secondly because I am extremely happy with this group. They went to an extra length to help me which was much appreciated as I had moved here and I have been very unwell. Graham and your partner, thanks for the help it was very much appreciated by this poor dear lost soul.
