It took another month just to get some clarity, but even after two months, when we followed up, they only said they “needed more time.” Their communication has been poor and unprofessional throughout. The only response we received was that “the insurance company will contact you,” but we still haven’t heard from any insurance representative.
We lost all of our valuable and sentimental items, including precious belongings of my child. This has been an incredibly stressful and heartbreaking experience.
I would never recommend this removalist company to anyone.
They offered a very reasonable and budget-friendly price for moving my belongings from Tasmania to Brisbane. I really appreciated how they carefully used every bit of space in the truck to avoid overcharging me.
