Last time we booked Ashton was on the 24 th April 2024 Gold Coast to Melbourne I have to say for the last 3 times we seem to loose few things this time a velvet large chair got scratch, missing an Italian Atlas with hand writing probably from 1930 it belong to a great grand father and it meant a lot to us, is just dissapper i complaint to Tina but unfortunately because we had no extra insurance they could not do any thing about it I have to say that the guys that brought my furniture in melbourne resident they said garden statue were place wrongly in the truck as they got damage too till today we looked for that red Cover Atlas and no way that is found so after 3 times I have to say 3 guys were excellent the forth one could not be bother being there . We very disappointed $8,000. From Gold Coast to melbourne nothing should be missing or damage.
Unhappy customer really not sure for the next trip if we going with the same company as we are loyal but missing staff is not on.

We used Ashton Removals on 29th April...............apart from a later start, due the guys being sent elsewhere to help with a job, once Jerry and Mick arrived, it was straight into it. The first hour appeared to be doing an inventory, as well as wrapping furniture etc ready for them to start packing our 4 Modules. They both were polite and worked diligently, no slouching around or taking smoko breaks, they were very confident in their work manner. Hopefully we see them again in June, when we relocate into our new home. Cheers Kerrie and Linton

We recently utilised Ashton’s services for our move from the Gold Coast QLD to the Central Coast NSW. They are extremely professional and our move went flawlessly. We also used them 2.5years ago and they were great then hence we didn’t hesitate to use them for our interstate move. Highly recommend this extraordinary removalist company.

I used Ashton’s in September to move from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. We hadn’t even left the house and there was damage. One of the movers broke the fridge handle. On arrival in Brisbane one of my dining chairs had a gouge and a scratch. My husband has a work bench which he has only started to put together now and found that 3 legs and pieces are missing. After numerous phone calls about my fridge the owner John told me they weren’t liable for damages, and said out of good will “he may or may not”pay half for repairs. No follow up phone calls nothing from them. If there were less stars I would give them a minus 10 for customer service. I wouldn’t Ashton’s to my worst enemy, or maybe I would.
