I highly recommend Ashtons Removals. From quoting the job to picking up all my furniture/boxes, the team were so supportive and enthusiastic. When quoting, they explained the whole process of what would be happening. Even though I was told it would take 6 hours to remove, I was astounded to know that the team finished in 2 ½ hours. I wouldn't recommend Ashtons Removals enough. They were polite, eager and their communication was fantastic from start to finish.

Great experience with Ashton’s and our delivery driver, Tony. Professional, courteous, fast and jovial. Our move was a handover from another company, and we would absolutely use and recommend Ashton’s from the get-go. Thanks Tony!

Was happy with the guys that did both the packing and moving. They were great workers, the 3 worked well. Like anything depends on if you have good workers. The receptionist was efficient, friendly.

I do highly recommend Ashton's Removals, they did all my packing ,transport all my furniture and belongings to their warehouse and store my furniture till my new house was built. Ashtons transported all my furniture to my new house .The guys were so polite and packed it all to perfection . yes I really do recommend Ashtons Removals, you wont be sorry.

Last time we booked Ashton was on the 24 th April 2024 Gold Coast to Melbourne I have to say for the last 3 times we seem to loose few things this time a velvet large chair got scratch, missing an Italian Atlas with hand writing probably from 1930 it belong to a great grand father and it meant a lot to us, is just dissapper i complaint to Tina but unfortunately because we had no extra insurance they could not do any thing about it I have to say that the guys that brought my furniture in melbourne resident they said garden statue were place wrongly in the truck as they got damage too till today we looked for that red Cover Atlas and no way that is found so after 3 times I have to say 3 guys were excellent the forth one could not be bother being there . We very disappointed $8,000. From Gold Coast to melbourne nothing should be missing or damage.
Unhappy customer really not sure for the next trip if we going with the same company as we are loyal but missing staff is not on.
