Best removalists I have dealt with over the years. Nothing damaged. The men went to great lengths to move bulky furniture, even removing and replacing doors that were rusted in ! Quick service, on time, professional and pleasant.

Dented the wall, gauged the hardwood floor by dragging the bed, ripped off the plastic corner protector from the bed base when they were dragging it. $160 out of pocket to repair the wall. Floor was so bad it couldn't be repaired.
They dragged our leather couch down the hall against the wall marking the length of the wall you could hear the sound through the house which why we noticed but they didn't care they just kept shoving.
While we couldn't prove they did any of those things above, we did catch them snapping the bracket off the back of the fridge as they were shoving it down the hallway. When they saw they were caught as we were watching they tried to cover it up yelling out 'NO DAMAGE! NO DAMAGE!'. The broken plastic clip left laying on the floor suggests otherwise.
They asked to reschedule because one of their team was off sick which was fine. They asked 'so why did YOU reschedule?' I said 'we didn't, your team member was off sick', he replied 'nar mate, that happened weeks ago', so I think they were so angry because they thought we rescheduled and lied about it.Read more

V highly skilled, professional & hard working removalist. I was recommended Bay Removals & am keen to recommend them to anyone wanting excellent removalist. Alex & Tim no doubt went above & beyond managing to get three massive lounges in my new place! They are smooth operators. No damages and everything in its place. I would use Bay Removals again & will be telling everyone how awesome their service is. They are also cool guys who were v lovely to deal with. 😊

Another hassle free move for me with Bay Removals on a 37° day.
Tim and Gary were efficient and professional, handling our furniture with care and even tolerating our
very affectionate Staffy who I'm sure was driving them nuts.
Cannot fault these guys!

Move was set for Tuesday afternoon and I had people ready at both the drop and pick zones but they didn't show. No call or anything. I called later that day but they didnt answer.
They came the following day to move the items 50 meters and only had to drop the chair at the nursing home door, not take it all the way in to the room as they hadnt had RAT tests. That's fine. Thus making it quicker.
Quoted $180 for a minimum of 1 hour all inclusive and was OK with that and knew it would be way less than 60 mins.
The 2 elderly men then went back to my 85 year old mother's house and pressured her to pay on the spot even though I had asked to be invoiced to the deceased estate. She payed the $281.38 that they asked for! Of course, despite my protest, that money was never coming back. There is NO WAY that the job would ever take anybody 1 and a half hours! Don't use this company.

We booked Bay Removalists at short notice to move house and they were absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, careful, considerate and punctual! Their Tetris skills are next level! Worth their weight in gold and made moving house a lot less stressful! Thanks heaps guys! Definitely recommend your services!
