We had a great moving service with Peter and Gavvy to our new home. These guys are very supportive, helpful and skillful in moving the stuff carefully along with safe packaging and on time moving. Great experience. Thank you Super cheap remover.

I recently hired Peter and Gavvy for a furniture moving job, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They were punctual, professional, and handled my belongings with great care. Not only did they work efficiently, but their friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. DO NOT USE - AVOID AT ALL COST
This company is absolutely horrendous, please do not make my mistake and think the 4.4 Star reviews were good. The removalists try to force you to leave a review at Pick-Up!
They promise the world and agree to certain dates and time frames just to get you to pay the deposit and as soon as you pay, it's all downhill from there. They will not honour anything they say AND they will lose/damage everything. I only attached the TV pic because its the worst.
They had me sitting around at my storage unit all day waiting for a pick up which was supposed to be at 9am (as per an email I received), the removalist never arrived so I called the customer service team and was told it would now be 12-5pm. At 3:30 I call them to check in and get told it would now be 5-7pm, despite them being advised all day I had prior arrangements at 6-7pm and wouldn't be able to make it. I was simply told 'too bad' and I had to be there or they would leave without my stuff.
Same thing happened on the drop-off.. They agreed at all stages the drop off would be after 10am on Monday because I wasn't collecting the keys to the new house until 9am and they had the audacity to call me at 1pm on Sunday stating they would be delivering that night at 9pm! They finally agreed to move it to Monday after multiple stressful calls and me threatening to call the police and report my stuff stolen.
I tried to resolve this matter with SuperCheap but their customer service team is honestly the worst. The lady I spoke with who was supposed to be the 'Business Manager' said it's not their problem and damage occurs during moves and I would have to live with it. I spent 27mins on the phone with her and all she offered was a $150 reimbursement which wouldn't even come close to covering a new TV, let alone the damage to both bedside tables, the custom-built hallway table, the bed frame and who knows what else when I continue unpacking.
This experience has honestly been so bad that I will be speaking with Consumer Affairs because they have not fulfilled what they advertise and they spam you with confusing and misleading information, particularly around insurance!
UPDATE: They will lowball you with compensation offers that don’t even cover a fraction of the damage caused, let alone the stress they caused. They also try to place a condition on any compensation offer that you have to remove any negative google reviews! Between that and the fact they try to force people to leave reviews before drop-off, is why they maintain decent reviews but don’t let that fool you. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYRead more

SJ and Deep were the movers who took care of our stuff from Canberra to Melbourne. Though it was very late in the evening,they were still very helpful and careful with all our stuff as if it were theirs, knowing that they came from 3 different pick up and drop off points interstate and were too tired, they still managed to keep us in time with our schedule. They are also in constant communication to keep us updated with the timing of arrival.
Overall, I recommend them and give them 5-star rating! 👌👌👌

Because I can't give 0 stars, I am resorting to a 1 star. While I agree the booking process was relatively smooth, with the exception of the price literally increasing overnight. The pick up was a drama, starting with not turning up at the right time to ending with them leaving stuff in my driveway that was promised it could go on. Then the delivery that was meant to come Tuesday 12-5pm, but was then advised on Sunday that it would come Monday between 10-1pm, and finally turning up after 5pm Monday. Then, finally despite making a payment, that would have cleared if they showed up on Tuesday, I was forced to pay again before they would unload my stuff, in the pitch black since it took over an hour to try and negotiate the hostage situation.
I now also have very little faith that they will refunded my money.
I cannot stress enough how strongly I would recommend you avoid this company. While I used them for an interstate move the stress has been beyond ridiculous!!! And the expense has been enormous!!!!!!!
Now that most of the stuff is unloaded I can also confirm that they have damaged almost every single piece of furniture in some way, including water damage. Boxes have been wet causing damage to the contents, photos ruined.Read more

Mani and happy gave me exceptional service. Though I had hiccups with the timing and they arrived later due to previous job but once they arrived they did a good job. They didn’t waste time and got to work straightaway.
