Crew was over an hour late than the confirmed time, & went to the wrong address three times.
Didn’t bring any items to protect my furniture from the weather - I had to provide tarps, and the crew used them to protect themselves from the rain, not my furniture.
Incredibly slow - I’ve moved a few times over the past 20 years, and never has it taken five hours to relocate a one bedroom, one study unit. I ended up helping take things out to the truck, and helping unpack it, to try and speed up the process.
They also went to the wrong address for drop off.
Ended up costing me twice as much as the last time I moved, and took twice as long.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid.


The bad: I ended up
Moving all of the boxes into the lobby myself and anything that a single person could carry. I did this while it took them 45 mins to move a bed frame and mattress. I don’t expect movers to rush. But when you are paying 110 an hour I do expect some level of not milking the clock. Use at your own risk. You will be better off getting a friend to help you and it will be faster. If they charged a flat rate they can take as long as they want. But they don’t, they charge per hour and turned a 4 hour job into a 6. And I suppose what’s even more annoying is that it took them 6 hours and I moved the majority of my own stuff, had I not helped them it would have taken closer to 8. This happened two months ago, and if you are wondering why I am writing the review now it’s because I am busy and am finally getting around to it. I thought about just letting it go, but after two months it still irritates me. Do better Harry, or idk. Hire faster people? Change your business model? So thanks for the most expensive move and slowest workers.
