DO NOT USE!
I do not recommend this company. I was overcharged beyond the quoted hourly rate and have been unable to get an explanation despite multiple attempts via email and phone. The additional charges ranged from at least $150 to possibly $250, with no clarity on what the extra costs were for. I was told verbally that i would receive a refund, however this was never processed. The movers were poor communicators and provided no updates. They took twice as long as expected to reach our new home; my husband left at the same time and arrived in half the time it took them. If you don't want to waste your money, avoid this company.

Booked with them, tried to cancel less than 24 hours later because after measuring the space, the truck supplied would not fit through the drive way. Was charged a $50 cancellation fee even though it had been less than 24 hours since booking and the job was in 3 days time.
Plenty of companies out there that don’t rob you blind, definitely stay away.
Note: I have not confused ELP movers with another business and have chosen to not use my real name on my profile. This move was booked with ELP movers via muval and I do not recommend this mover whatsoever
