Buzz relocated me from Victoria to NSW which included a few months storage while I found a place. A fantastic family business who will take care of your things. I have only just finished unpacking and not a single thing broken. Their price is great and service outstanding.

I recently hired Buzz me removals and storage for my house move, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and handled all my belongings with great care. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made the entire process much smoother than I anticipated. Excellent removalist service - we went with Buzz Me for our move across Victoria and would highly recommend them. Both JC and Amanda were professional, very personable and communicative. All of our furnitures were carefully wrapped and moved with great attention to details. JC went above and beyond in helping us with assembling our bed back together, which was quite a tricky model to assemble. Again, they made what would have been a stressful relocation to a very pleasant experience. Very happy with their work!

Initially contacted this company on Facebook as they responded to a callout i made.
I specifically asked them if they could collect from Melbourne on 26th sept and deliver interstate to Brisbane on either 30th September or 1st October. They assured me that they could. I asked this question a number of times as I needed the things delivered for just after I moved. Each time I asked I was assured that they could deliver on time.
I was sent an e-mail to confirm the booking.... that apparently stated it could take upto 7 business days. I stupidily missed this as I had confirmed numerous times already a delivery day.
From when I booked (a week before move date) I paid a deposit and then didn't hear from them until I sent a message to confirm late the night before they were due.
They arrived 45 mins late (they did send an sms), however were extremely efficient and got loaded very quickly and were very professional.
Then the issues began!!!
I sent a message and few days later to request an eta for my belongings and I was told by Amanda that they didn't know yet, the truck was still in Melbourne awaiting other bookings and would leave when full!.
This is not what I had discussed, booked nor paid for. I messaged again a few days later and was greeted quite rudely with messages telling me that they were within the 7 business days for delivery and my stuff would arrive Tuesday 8th Oct. Late on Monday night I messaged again for an eta and was told that my stuff would arrive Wednesday 9th now as the truck had only left Melbourne Monday morning due to public holidays!.
My stuff finally arrived (13 days after it had been picked up) in a totally different truck to what it was loaded into, the delivery guys hadn't been advised of the steep driveway and stairs to the house etc and were absolutely livid with having to haul our belongings up stairs.
