My truck was due 7-8am. They called at 7:30 to say they had a flat tyre and wouldn’t arrive until 9-11am. At 10:30 I called for an update and no one picked up or answered my message. When I finally heard back he was rude and not apologetic. The truck arrived 4 hours late at which point they advised they wouldn’t be able to complete the move in time that day. The ‘operations manager’ Rodney stopped taking my calls or answering my messages after this. I haven’t heard from them at all. Worst customer service. I took a day off work to move and now have to stay at my apartment with no power because they were so late and I have had to find a new mover at late notice to move me tomorrow and pay weekend rates. No apology. No compensation.
AWFUL
It’s a shame that management couldn’t follow through with promises that they could get our couch out. We made it clear that it was a difficult task, and only sent out 2 boys which meant we couldn’t get the couch out. Will now need to organise elsewhere to fix this.
