Raffi and Jaje did a stellar job on our move - carefully carrying our items down 4 sets of stairs, including our fridge, heavy wooden tables and many many boxes. Super stong guys, efficient and organsied. Their truck was equipped with blankets and straps that they used to secure our more fragile items. The boxes supplied were very sturdy and just the right amount for us. The home office checked in on us as soon as we left property number one, to check that everything was going smoothly. 5 stars!!

Happy with the service MTM provided with the move - it was seamless and made the moving experience less stressful.
Michael and his colleague got there and immediately started packing. They packed everything up form my one bedroom apartment within 2 hours. Another member from MTM called in mid-way through the process just to check in that everything was running smoothly which I appreciated. The moving process was completed in 5.5 hours. No complaints from the boys and nothing was too big or too hard of a task, they just got on with it.
Although MTM is a bit more on the expensive side against their competitors, the service provided and the eco-friendly storage box options are well worth it. Overall, I'm happy with the service and would use them again.

Raffi and his team moved us last week. They were absolutely amazing. Meticulous with transporting and protecting all our things, punctual and quick! I was blown away by their professionalism. In addition to this we got the reusable crates for packing for free as a part of our package, and a phonecall midway through from the office tlon move day to make sure I was happy with everything. I would recommend Men that Move, and Raffi and his team to anyone wanting a smooth moving experience.

The whole team at Men That Move were excellent with helping us coordinate a move including box hire, short term storage and a rescheduled redelivery. James and Amber were able to help us book in and adjust the date with transparent pricing.
On the move days Raffi was incredible - 11/10! He was careful with our belongings using wrapping and blankets well, and managed to get everything in the truck. Gigi was also a big help and a good communicator. He asked where things should be unloaded so we didn’t have to move things twice.
We have used Men That Move 5 times in the last 10 years and they never disappoint.

Rafi and Gigi were phenomenal for my sisters move! Highly recommended, they were friendly and super efficient whilst taking a lot of care with all her belongings. They have all the necessary accessories to transport furniture well protected and in good condition. They were so strong and great at problem solving which always comes along with any move! Do yourself a favour and request Rafi and Gigi!!

I’ve moved a few times over the years and Raffi and GG (?) were by far the best removalist I’ve had. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they worked and how neatly they stacked the truck. They also handled my stuff with professionalism and so much care. Getting the complimentary moving boxes were also a bonus and was very helpful. Even though Men that move is a little bit more expensive than other company, it’s worth every penny spent. Highly recommend! Would definitely use them again for my next move.
