On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. They handled my belongings with care and worked efficiently to ensure everything was loaded and unloaded without a hitch. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and how they took the time to protect my furniture and fragile items.
The pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. They made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process, and I felt confident that my move was in good hands.
Overall, I highly recommend [Company Name] for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient house removal service. They truly made my moving experience a breeze!Read more

First of first on time 7am sharp for my 65 cubic meters truck
Had a kitchen packing that was done on the day and every room did not leave anything with out wrapping
They were amazing.
I would highly recommend them and I’ll definitely use them again
Thank you. Very much see you in future .

From Canberra to Sydney, I relocated a 1-2 bedroom property. Both in Canberra and Sydney, the employees were great, professional, and helpful. My plants and furniture arrived in excellent condition, since they are professionals at skilfully fitting your equipment into the smallest space allowed in the vehicle. In Sydney, they went above and beyond to gain access to the unit from the backyard in order to bring the furniture in. I will definitely book them again and tell my friends about them.

My partner and I organised an interstate move. We were told to organise a list of our belongings so that the company could estimate the size of the vehicle and space required. As we were mid move this was a concern for us so we made sure to clarify that the inventory list wasn’t verbatim. We were told this list was to help the company gage the size of the truck that was needed. We mentioned a few entrance steps to our new property - where the company confirmed this would be ok, they have the address and confirmed online.
The two removalists arrived (who we understand are sub contractors) and proceeded to create by far our worst moving experience. Immediately start by demanding we move boxes and start consulting the items list, for what I can only assume was to nit pick for opportunities to ask for more money. Each time they stopped and called head office to complain, my partner was forced to defend himself and reiterate that all of this has been discussed, quoted and already approved.
Further to this, they were unfriendly, slow moving, and didn’t seem to care about our belongings or customer interaction. One of them in particular was so rude. He wasted at least half an hour on the phone to head office arguing about the extract intricacies of a summary item list (which we were told was to ensure adequate space, not to argue about the difference between an office chair and an armchair which went on for an hour). Our list was as accurate as possible and there were even a few items that we managed to pack into our car (so ultimately our list of items was less than quoted, but still we had to argue about slight deviations in the summary of the quote (even though all of this was discussed)). Alas, the man still didn’t care and was unrelenting; if an item wasn’t on the list then it simply wouldn’t be put on the truck. This was not the procedure that head office explained to us and created so much extra stress.
Worse still, after all that, the company accused my partner and I of lying. Once the removalist arrived at our new property, head office immediately called my partner. Not only were we accused of lying about the number of stairs, they kept shouting over my partner when he was trying to explain the situation. They threatened to leave with our furniture when we rebutted paying extra. The crazy thing is that they demanded more money, abused my partner, and accused us of lying WITHOUT corresponding with the staff member who initially took the booking (the one who told my partner that three stairs was guaranteed to be classed as ground floor). I could write a novel about how terrible this company is. Absolutely appalling service, incredibly unreliable timing, poor communication (except when demanding more money) and so disrespectful to customers.Read more

Secondly, the people who have given 5* ratings are either employees, friends of the company, were paid to make those comments or are just outright liars.
This is the worst furniture removal company in Australia - & given some of the sharks out there, that's saying something.

This company is a band of crooks! Do not go anywhere near them!!!
