Leo, Andreas, Shane and the Brilliance removalist did an amazing job. Super quick on packing and unpacking whilst taking great care of all the items.

Gui and Carlos were an amazing team that worked extremely hard and were masters in packing their truck to make all the furniture and boxes fit into it. They handled all our things with the most utter care, used protection blankets where needed and tied the different layers within the truck so nothing would move or shift during the transport. They are really friendly and polite. I would recommend this team and this company to anyone who wants reliable removalists that will take care of all your items and perform the work on a timely manner. Kudos to Gui and Carlos! Thanks a lot.

Excellent service! We had furniture in storage with Brilliance for 2 years that needed loaded into the van before the team came to the house to do the main removal. They called early and kept us updated with their progress and arrival times. They were really approachable, friendly, professional and really quick! On the other end they assembled our furniture in no time! We will definitely use Brilliance again for storage and any removals! Thanks Joao and Thales for making our move stress free :)

These movers were great. Showed up on time, worked steadily in moving/packing the huge truck all day, and did it with a smile, despite the heatwave! Managed to fit it ALL (3 bedrooms!) in for one trip. Pretty impressed by their work ethic and we appreciated the care they took in wrapping and moving our belongings. They had plenty of blankets and wrapping things. It looked like they did a really good job making sure the boxes and furniture were placed in good spots in the truck as well as in the house, with things marker 'fragile' at the top of each stack. I would definitely recommend them for other people who are moving.

Gui & Carlos were amazing. Super fast and very professional. They made our move stress free. They were so thoughtful and careful with our belongings. We would recommend Brilliance removals 100%
