From the very start, Anne-Maree and her team were professional, organised, and genuinely kind. They made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier and smoother.
The packing process was incredibly efficient, with everything being carefully handled and packed with attention to detail. Not a single item was damaged, and it was clear that they took great care with my belongings.
When it came to unpacking, I was amazed at how quickly and methodically they got everything sorted. Not only did they unpack everything carefully, but they also offered styling advice that made my new space feel like home in no time.

Updating my review 3 years later. As someone with a disability, so glad I trusted Anne-Maree. Look at the photos as evidence of her “doing her best”, confirmed via email.

Every day after I tirelessly fix her “doing her best work”. I find new damage to my brand-new home, my goods and find things in the most odd places such as medical equipment in kitchen draws, missing supports that help me walk, umbrellas stuffed on the top shelf in the back of wardrobes, broken $300 drills and wait for it, empty shoe boxes in draws. Merry Christmas.

Will always recommend Mooving Matters 🍏 the team are so dedicated and stayed till the very end ..until all could be completed.
My estimate of costs was spot on … so thrilled with our unpacked new home. All done in one day !

The ladies at Mooving Matters were fantastic! They were very efficient, easy to communicate with and packed everything to perfection! Everything was organised well, and they packed up our very full apartment in record time. Would highly recommend!

I want to thank the team from Mooving Matters. A special thank you to Vanessa,Jane,Liz,Susi,Ros,Victoria and Roy.After 36yrs we decided to renovate and with a house full of antiques we were feeling overwhelmed at the thought of packing.Anne-Maree and her team made the whole process seamless and stress free. I highly recommend Mooving Matters and they are well worth the money .
