Spoke with their team on 3/2 in regards to moving a few items. I was told I would get a quote sent me.
Called again on 6/2 chasing up the quote and I was told they’d get it done by the end of the day. I received a call back a few minutes later saying they’d check with their operations team to see if they serviced the area. Which was basically code for they didn’t want to send me a quote and do some work on a Friday afternoon.
Called again on 9/2 to speak with the original team member to try and get an update. It went to voice mail, didn’t get a call back.
Called again on 10/2 and finally got a quote, which i won’t be accepting purely based on their level of customer service.

DO NOT EVER USE NUSS REMOVALISTS!!!
Since day 1 of using them they had 0 communication. We got told a specific time they would show up to pack up our belongings- they showed up an hour and half later then planned. Same thing the next day but they showed up an hour earlier then planned. Throughout the whole process 0 communication, if we were told something it ended up being the wrong information. We relocated to WA from NSW. Today they were meant to come with our belongings to our new house.
0 communication from them in the days prior letting us know what time they could come. We called them on the day they were meant to bring our boxes to the new house.
They FORGOT to write our move in date and what date they were meant to bring our boxes!!!!!
So now we are stuck in our new house with absolutely nothing. 0 communication on when to expect our belongings. They keep saying on the phone ‘unsure of when you can get your boxes delivered’.
We are now in our new house with no idea of when to expect our boxes, they said it could be days before they can deliver our stuff.
Absolutely shocking communication, terrible planning skills and an absolute lack of co-ordination. In fact absolute lack of everything. Beyond disgusted and shocked how a company can act so poorly.
They have turned an already stressful situation into an absolute nightmare.

Nuss helped me move house in to a unit in the city. We had store our furniture for a month, then last minute there was an issue with moving in. Nuss stepped up took control and offered up an amazing solution. We couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommend

I would like to thank the team at Nuss for their promptness and professionalism for a recent delivery of an antique table (due to extreme age damaged by owner when it went into store - not Nuss) and China cabinet. Not an easy delivery but the crew managed the access and bulkiness of the items well and delivered the items in a timely manner without any further damages. Thank you Nuss!

Working in the industry, I know a good mover when I see one.
So when it came time for my own personal move, it was Nuss that I wanted to see there.
And they did not disappoint.
Excellent communicators, and an excellent team that didn't complain at all, no matter what I had asked them to do.
