Working in the industry, I know a good mover when I see one.
So when it came time for my own personal move, it was Nuss that I wanted to see there.
And they did not disappoint.
Excellent communicators, and an excellent team that didn't complain at all, no matter what I had asked them to do.

We recently relocated from Sydney to Perth and really liked the sound of Nuss for our move and was assured our possessions would be transferred safely.
To our disbelief when we began to unpack our 3 prized pieces of artwork we were about to find 1 canvas’ completely ripped and 2 out of the frames damaged.
These peices are invaluable to us and we cannot believe care was not taken whilst in transit.
In addition to that our little ones changing table was also damaged, snapped from its base as if it had been thrown around.
Terrible experience! Avoid at all costs!

From the start I was impressed by the friendly professionalism of the staff at Nuss. On the packing day, Tony and his team could not have been more helpful. In addition, they were amazingly efficient and caring of our possessions. Our household was in storage for over a month and on moving in day we were pleased to see the same friendly team arrive and efficiently unload our furniture and boxes. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Used Nuss Removals to move personal house hold items from Sydney to India in Dec22/Jan 2023 and the packing was of poor quality and not professional. My favourite Kamodo BBQ was not packed properly and was damaged beyond repair. I am surprised that you provided foam packing to wrap around a clay BBQ pot!! They charged us for container holding charges in India which was not previously informed and they also unnecessarily charge us for the weight too. Personally i will never recommend or use this company ever again for local or international shipping. Along with the BBQ, other house hold items were damaged too.
The initial relocation survey done by their senior management is just an eye wash and Nuss don't stick to their terms at the time of packing. The boys who were assigned mentioned they were professionals however the kind of packing undertaken was otherwise. I strongly recommend not to use Nuss Removals for any international shipping.Nuss Removals have let me and my family down a big time. This company do not care or value our bond that we have with our household items.
