What a wonderful, and professional experience! I employed the services of Cheap Removals to move a piano. While their price was cheap and very affordable, their level of service was gold standard. Ji communicated promptly and offered full disclosure through the whole experience. They took care at the pick up location and delivered the piano with care and ease. They even offered advice they have gained over their years of service to the community to ensure my floorboards are not marked. I highly recommend Melbourne Cheap Removals.

Sam and jacky were so helpful with our move. Thank you for taking the time to get our furniture in to where it needed to be...even though the staircase was a challenge.

This company was available at short notice and was easy to arrange our move. Unfortunately on the day they were about four hours late then took so long they had to come back the next day. It felt excruciatingly slow, they were very friendly and bought icecreams for our kids (which we didn't ask for - actually we told them not to!) but this didn't end up being 'cheap' as they were just so slow. We had a steep garage and a lot of woodworking equipment and nothing was broken but the communication wasn't very good when there were delays and we just didn't feel like it represented good value for money.

Good service.. jai and the other guy came before the agreed time. it was raining yet it didnt stop them from doing their job. they are amazing, fast and reliable.. was able to move everything in a timely manner.. would recommend it to others..try them and see how good they aree.
