Duncan and his offsider moved me yesterday, they were efficient and turned up on time. I was fully moved in the time frame I was hoping for. The guys were friendly and it was one of my best move experiences I've had in a long time. Thanks again for your assistance. ☺️

Unprofessional, lazy, inefficient & careless. Took them (2 staff) 7 hours to do a 4-5hr job. Poor attitude & constant complaining throughout the day. They dropped & threw furniture and boxes from my balcony instead of carrying downstairs. Including my large bookshelf which the ‘main guy’ dropped mid-air and the force caused all the shelves, screws and dowels to seperate. They broke my entertainment unit, 1 x leg on my 2 seater couch, the wooden slats on my 3 seater couch and the large bookshelf. Zero accountability, remorse or care. Now I am stuck with broken furniture that I can not use & can not afford to replace either.

I asked the removalist if this was his business, he said yes , I helped my friend move & felt terribly uncomfortable as he ( the owner) swore & complaining furniture was heavy, his co- worker did most while the owner talked alot , they never put all the furniture into new house it was left in Garage, I took photos in discussed, he complained there was only a single door saying most homes have double , they do not goodness , please reframe from complaining as thats your job & this situation was tense because of u , shameful 2 b honest,

Duncan moved us yesterday morning after issues with another company. Turned up on time and they worked non stop until the job was done and all in under 5 hours from start to finish. Brilliant guys I'd highly recommend them to everyone.
