My balikbayan box arrived safe, no damages at all. I like it because you can easily track it online too.

We received an update that the boxes were already in their warehouse (PH), we called their customer service and assured us it would be delivered a week after. But it’s almost a month already from the time we communicated with them and we haven’t received the boxes yet. Please don’t give assurance you cannot fulfill. Hoping you would give us a follow up.

Just-in-time for Christmas🧑🎄It was my first time sending a balikbayan box to my family, and everything went smooth… from ordering of empty box to door to door delivery in the Philippines. I dropped off two boxes to their to depo instead of them to pick up to my home address to speed up the shipment. Upon tracking the boxes I found out that it was shipped separately, one is two weeks behind the other. I was so disappointed as I expect those box to arrive while I am having my holiday in Ph. All my effort yo dropped it off was useless!

Staff are good and honest. Unlike my one-time experience with LBC, the guy subtly hinted my box might get deprioritised and lost - and he can make sure it will not be if I give him $20 LOL! Forex staff are honest. But the thing is Sydney to Metro Manila is always 8-9 weeks in my experience. This is my 3rd time with them, still same experience. So can be a bit frustrating.
