Staff are good and honest. Unlike my one-time experience with LBC, the guy subtly hinted my box might get deprioritised and lost - and he can make sure it will not be if I give him $20 LOL! Forex staff are honest. But the thing is Sydney to Metro Manila is always 8-9 weeks in my experience. This is my 3rd time with them, still same experience. So can be a bit frustrating.

I'm quite disappointed that my D2D box has not made the end destination, and as I write, I was informed that it will arrive in the port of Manila only on 4 April. Firstly, my expectation was 5-6 weeks for Metro Manila - from date of departure from Sydney port. So last week, I filled in an inquiry form online as to the status of my box. No response. No call, no email. So I call today and was told that it is currently in China and will only depart the China port on 29 Mar - and will eventually get to Manila port on 4 April. Port - not end destination. My box was picked up on 28 of January without advising that it will only leave Sydney on 12 February. Regardless, from 12 of Feb to date is already 5- 6 weeks. If it arrives in its end destination after 4 April, that would mean 8-9 weeks for Metro Manila. NOT 5-6 weeks per your website. I was going to be fair in giving you 3 stars seeing that my box has not yet arrived and has exceeded your estimates. I downgraded to 2 because no one responded to my query. If it does not arrive on the 8th week, then I will revisit this review and re-rate this accordingly. Setting expectations with a customer is a valuable thing - which you failed miserably. Be that as it may, I'm rating it for what it is and not to discredit your company.Read more

I sent my box Oct...that my present for my family but already finish Christmas and new year the balikbayan box is not arrive..you don't deserve even a 1 star forex..no forex again

Worst company to deal with when shipping cargo/good to the Philippines. Our box was picked up June 2024 and it just arrived in Manila. Mostly likely October pa ang delivery. 4 months transit is unacceptable. At work, I also need to arrange shipments from overseas to Australia, there are options - freight costs wise, transit time and reliability. But this Forex Cargo opted for cheapest route thus 4 months ang delivery period. Do not use this company again. Forex Cargo is unreliable.
