Zip Movers sent 3 movers over and they were fantastic. They were polite, friendly and very professional. They took the appropriate amount of time (didn’t rush but still very efficient) and were careful and respectful of my items (especially a special wooden chest, that was special to me). There was a tiny amount of wear and tear but my items already had some wear and tear and the movers didn’t cause damage. They were accommodating to my requests and handled the stairs/incline very well. Charu was fantastic and easy to contact and he clear of the expected time and costs upfront which was helpful and professional.
I would genuinely recommend the whole team.

We have moved house too many times to count, and we have never worked with people who were so careful, thoughtful, and considerate with our belongings. Zip were punctual, reliable, communicated about the moving process very well, and were really nice guys! We highly recommend Zip Movers.

I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had with Charu and the whole team at Zip . From start to finish, they displayed a level of professionalism that exceeded my expectations.
The crew arrived on time and was incredibly organised, quickly assessing what needed to be done. They handled all of my belongings with the utmost care, and ensured that everything was loaded safely into the truck.
It was clear that they genuinely cared about the well-being of my items and making the move as smooth as possible.
Unloading was just as efficient, with the removalists placing everything exactly where I asked with so much care.

Zip movers help my mum move houses, she has a lot of big, heavy furniture and they moved all of it out of her house without damaging anything and protecting the furniture in transport including tvs. They also assisted with moving all the furniture and contents in as well. Very please with the lovely team :)
