An impossible job made possible! We are stunned at the exceptional service from Nathan at Des Woods Piano Removals. Nathan is a true magician and engineer… we still don't know how he moved a grand piano from the top story of a tiny old house, through an overgrown enchanted garden and onto a truck, then driven from the Blue Mountains and down a gravel driveway to its new home in Newcastle… all in a day and without a scratch! He has all the equipment and the experience that makes him a true master of his work. Nathan's honest communication has taken so much stress away from what we had expected would be a huge ordeal. Other removalists were hesitant to give a quote, but Nathan was capable and he was eager for the challenge and problem solved every step to completion. Thank you so much, we are so thankful.

Great honest, friendly and reliable service by Nathan, after other piano removalist in Sydney could not even be bothered to reply to my messages. Nathan made everything look effortless.

From the moment i contacted Nathan , until the delivery was completed , I cannot state how brilliant and professional he was with the service. He answered emails promptly and kept in touch the entire time and nothing was to much trouble. Google only allows 5 stars but I would of gave 10 if I could. I highly recommend Nathan for piano moving and will definitely use him again for any future moves without hesitation 10/10.

I got a good price quoted first time by this company and it was easy to msg and send pics to understand the to and from locations and size of piano . They kept me up to date when they had picked up the piano . They delivered and even helped my husband move a piece of furniture that we had moved to make room for the piano ( was too heavy for my husband to move alone ) I would recommend ! Thanks team
