Dear Nathan and Adrian, We really appreciate your hard labour today. Your lateral thinking and problem solving ability, and sheer strength, were very impressive! I now have my childhood piano back, which will make such a difference in our home.

We arranged with Des to pick up and deliver our piano on an agreed day and time. We text and called him in the afternoon as we hadn't heard from him with no answer. So i used a different number to call and he picked up straight away. I asked where he was and why he didn't reply to our calls and text message as i had come home early from work. He used every excuse i could think of and then proceeded to ask about coming the following day. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. 'we pride ourselves on customer service' his website says...i don't think so
I would not recommend using Des Woods Piano Removals!
I give him one star as he picked up the phone thinking it was new customer.

Nathan was communicative and highly professional. He is a people person with a great sense of humour but takes his work seriously. My piano was delivered in perfect condition and doesn’t even sound like it needs tuning! So grateful. Highly recommend this family business.
