I had some furniture delivered several weeks ago from a furniture store. I asked the deliverers to unpack the furniture for me and they refused stating that if they did so then the warranty would be voided on the items. I explained that I was physically unable to and they said it was not their problem and they left. I eventually got the items unpacked - which unfortunately made my condition worse. Then, I noticed that one of the items was damaged in transit. I eventually got the issue resolved through the store from which I bought the items. I also explained what was said about the warranty. I was told that that statement was incorrect.
