Nacho and David were fantastic! They helped us with our move and were so efficient. Our belongings got to our new home safely and quickly, and they were so friendly!

Excellent service. The guys arrived on time, and were very friendly and courteous the whole time.
They worked extremely hard, only stopping briefly to have some lunch.
Would highly recommend Northern Beaches Removalist.

It’s not often that you get great service all through the move but we have been blown away by the whole team. From the moment we booked, changed dates - was told ‘no worries this is what we are here for!’
To Nacho, David, Nico what hard working and genuine people they are! Nothing was too much!
Will definitely recommend and use again!

Average work. Nice workers. However didn’t protect my items adequately leading to damage. Customer service offered me $40 compensation then said best they could do was $80. After reading other reviews seems like damage and lack of compensation is a common theme. Would not use again.

Following my above original review I received a call from their customer service expressing they were “disappointed” with my review and believed we had come to an agreement about the $80 compensation (Never actually received this). I explicitly stated I was not happy but believed that was the best they could offer. The customer service agent then asked what would make me happy enough to take my review down, asking me to suggest a number of money that I would be satisfied with. I expressed disgust with the fact that they were trying to persuade me to take down my review and felt this was unethical. We were unable to come to an agreement as I refused to take my review down. They never transferred me the $80 they promised. They asked if I would arrange a tradesperson to come and review the damage - at this point I couldn’t be bothered dealing with them further and didn’t even care for the compensation.Read more

Warriewood to taree is a total of $8800.. its a 3 hour drive. We have a 2 story house and everything was going to be downstairs ready to go except the heavy stuff which was about 6 items. The lady came around to quote our house and she didnt take one picture or one note of what we had she just had an photographic memory.. we were quoted on 8 hours to load a truck at the start destination and the truck can park about 2m from the door. We also have another driveway and that truck can also park about 2m from the other door.. we found another company that came in $3300 cheaper and they wrap everything e.g bedding and lounges, when he came to quote our house he took photos so he could do the quote accordingly.
Both companies offered 4 men and 2 trucks so where is the $3300 difference..
Tried to ring multiple times and never got a reply until 2 days later when I received an email and they dropped the price to $8000.. definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone besides a billionaire 🤣🤣
NOTE: i did not use this company based on their ridiculous quote. They didnt even itemise anything just put place to place $8800
I will not be removing this because google reviews are for YOUR experience you've had with a company and has nothing to do with work actually being carried out, it was the whole process dealing with them.. how can you be a better company when everyone else actually takes PROPER notes on what there is to move.. not just have a magical memoryRead more
