was quite disappointed with the service received. The move for my one-bedroom unit took a total of 12 hours, which is excessive given the size of the property. Despite my efforts to assist the movers throughout the day, the process felt unnecessarily slow and uncoordinated.
For context, my previous relocation — a two-bedroom loft-style apartment — was completed in just 7 hours, so I expected this smaller move to be far more efficient. Unfortunately, the team appeared to take their time, resulting in an unreasonably long day and higher costs than anticipated.
While the staff were polite, the overall performance did not meet professional standards for efficiency or value. I would encourage better time management and planning to improve future customer experiences.

George and Sam. Were my removalists today.
What an amazing job they done.
They had shrink wrapped most of my belongings that a previous removalists did not do.
No extra charges as well.
I would highly recommend for anybody need good honest reliable men to do the job.

Salar and Evan. Great service with a smile. I had a difficult move but they made it super easy and was willing to go beyond to ensure my kids bunk bed was installed properly and safely. Thank you team.

Very happy with A1 Team!
From booking all the way through to execution of the job, customer service was excellent and the guys were very efficient, respectful and diligent.
All furniture and boxes were placed in the correct rooms and good stacking of boxes in the garage!
Great follow-up and easy payment system. 👍

Michael and David- have done a fantastic job. Both a really nice blokes, professional and did a really good job at delivering, stacking g and wrapping g it up against the weather.
Well done and I would very highly my recommend them.

Absolutely do not use these unprofessionals.
We asked for a truck with a lift for my tool box and safe, they agreed, quoted us and came with a ramp, and acted like they had no idea about our agreement. They then charged us extra after they already confirmed a truck with a lift, to come ANOTHER day with the truck we originally paid for and asked for.
They spend 2 hours disassembling our bed, and 3 hours reassembling, one guy who had no idea what he was doing, and another just watching. $165 an hour btw… absolute scammers.
They dropped my $10,000 toolbox and claimed it was already damaged.
They scratched our roof, wall, chipped dry wall, damaged doors, and lied about getting a professional to paint match and fix it. They just sent the same non english speaking guy who dabbed a paintbrush over the damage with incorrect matching paint.
They literally were moaning and sooking while getting paid $65 per HALF hour, because it was a friday..
The total price was more than double the original quote.
This was a 2 bedroom House btw
