The main removalist [Name removed by Sirelo] was very rough with the furnitures, floor, and walls. He scratched many parts of walls and floor without telling me. When I asked him to be please be careful, he would say “I know how to do my job.” Few furnitures broken during moving, they would say “there were like this before.” I’m still in the process of repairing damages. When I complained to the company, no reply at all.
I hired 3 people to save us time, but the third person hardly did anything, I saw him standing around in the truck saying he’s waiting for others.
I wish I have more time to proceed with complaint processes to get them out of business. Stay away from this company at all costs!
