The team was highly communicative, and flexible with our requests, they were friendly and the removal / driving team did an awesome job - special thanks to [Names removed by Sirelo] who spent the whole day with the project, even in place of their end of year Christmas staff party - we’re so appreciative!!

Horrible service avoid at all costs. Agree on one price and pay nearly double. Employees are lazy and not friendly at all. Boss has no customer service he is clearly money hungry. They have broken multiple things in the move, when asked about it we got ignored. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They take advantage of people.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They guarantee one price - when you arrive at your new house they will not unpack unless you pay a lot more! They break expensive framed pictures and hide them so you do not know about them until a long time later. Good wooden furniture gets ruined with deep scratches and gouges - disgraceful service!!

They completed a trying job as it involved delivering to a unit 15 steps up with no complaint and were able to store our goods on truck over weekend prior to delivery. Overall a good job well done, many Thanks to all the team.
