They’ve now come back with an offer of $100 which I refused and insisted that all I wanted was for them to repair my freezer door.
The manager claims to have spoken to the 2 removalists who deny having damaged the door even though I have told him I saw them struggling to remove the fridge which was stuck in the door way.
Besides, although he claims to have spoken to his workers, he now says he only knows them by their nick names not real ones !!! That makes me suspicious that they are using illegal employees.
The manager has also refused to give me the invoice I signed, ostensibly because he gave me a discount.
I am not letting this one go away. This company is breaking all the rules without a single care or responsibility for their actions.
You can go ahead and use their services if you do not care who they send to your address as they say they do not know the names of people they send, for example!Read more
