Hands down the worst moving services ever used. They 'misplaced' items, claimed they delivered them, implied it was our fault they were 'missing', provided an ex-gratia payment of less than the value of one of the 3 'misplaced' items. Their own drivers were critical of their own sales manager and staff. Pay the extra and choose a REPUTABLE company, not Blue Lion. Somehow they misplaced some of our monitor screens...filled in the gap by giving us monitors from BHP saying all good, they won't miss them. 'Misplaced' three fully stocked first aid kits and though a great solution would be to send us redundant kits covered in dust from another company (stickers were on the boxes) and none of the contents were usable. Absolutely atrocious service from the Sales Manager to the ops Manager and most evident with the owner.

Thank you to all the team at Blue Lion Moving Services. We moved our medical practice just before Christmas and couldn't be happier with the professionalism, efficiency and wonderful service the team provided. SCAM , this company is a SCAM. We did our move from California to Ohio and spent $15000 for a 1800 sqf house to move across the country. The pick up was a disaster and the deliver was even worst. They lost items that were never found and got so many broken and damaged things that i cannot even believe that they still have a business. I have moved from Europe to the US, from Florida to California, 3 times in LA and from LA to Ohio and this is the worst experience EVER. Runaway from that scam ... they are offering us $108 to cover the loss and damages... disgusting to see how they are liars.

Received a good estimate, they arrived on moving day, in a Budget rental truck, with 4 men, no company shirt or uniform, and wanted double the original cost to move. They agreed to take a credit card, but on arrival they said they only took cash or money order. They had already collected for deposit (1/3 of cost) on a credit card. When l would not agree to pay double, no written amended estimate, they had me on the phone trying to threaten to keep my deposit. This is a broker, not a moving company …! Check BBB website. Beware
