When we decided to move, we got numerous quotes from a number of removalists. We ended up selecting Eric's Removal after they were recommended from our previous removalist company (which is always a good sign).
After reading through horror stories of moving gone wrong, our concerns were:
1. Removalists taking significantly longer than initially quoted (and charging more)
2. Removalists subcontracting work out to unqualified personnel or using new hires and result in unprofessional and/or damaged of furniture during removal.
The service we received was excellent. Eric's were very accommodating to our changing moving schedules (due to delays in other areas). This was particularly impressive as our move occurred over the busiest period just before Christmas.
The move went smoothly. The removalists arrived on time and the staff took great care of all our belongings. Nothing was damaged and they helped with reassembled all our furniture. The move was finished on schedule and fall within a small margin of error of the quoted price.

The team at Eric's were fantastic. I moved with very difficult access at both properties, nothing was a problem for them. They were all very professional. I also booked the packing service they recommended. Margy & Michelle were so helpful with their tips on making the move easier. I've moved a lot with large international companies and the local service in Sydney was superior. Nothing was damaged and no breakages. Thank you !

My wife and I recently completed our second house move with the team from Eric's Removals. We were return customers because of the flexible and personal service we received arranging the booking, and the cheerful and careful conduct of the removal. We had difficult access over three flights of stairs but nothing was too much of a challenge for the team. Our delivery was just as seamless. Thanks to all the team at Eric's for a stress free move - but we hope not to need you again for a while!
