Had items go missing, emailed and emailed again. Got a response that they where to busy and short staffed to track down where the items had ended up. Agreed on a price to be reimbursed for the loss, still waiting, nothing. Wouldn't recommend.

Was really hopeful that this would be a good service. The actual removalist staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the couches WA Removals moved for us were damaged. Our repeated requests for a response in relation to the damage went completely ignored. It was also tricky getting a date for delivery locked in and kept to with the company. I wouldn’t recommend using this company and would look elsewhere for a removalist company. We regret using WA Removals.

Fantastic service from Gean and his team. Great customer servicing and the guys that moved us were amazing. Very careful with our furniture and new home’s walls. Definitely recommend this company.

Hi WA Removalists were excellent Juan and his guys didn't stop very polite and he was very helpful My daughter has just informed me they have dropped off her furniture in Exmouth and she couldn'be happier Gene and the guys were great ,We would definitely recommend WA Removalist thankyou very much
