These guys are great for hassle free move. They turned up on time (we had time pressures) and got on with the job. Really friendly and nothing was a problem. On top of that they were also the best priced removalist we could find as well.

We used Sunshine State Removals recently and would highly recommend to friends family and anyone needing Removalist. The boys were great friendly happy to help and the service made our move stress free and we really enjoyed it.

I wish there was negative stars for rating this removalist.
Trusting them to do the removal for us, I experienced one of the worst days of my life, full of stress and disappointment.
Disappointment started from the first minute, when they despite my comprehensive list of moving items sent me a vary small truck, less than agreed labor and just one trolly (despite my request for more).
The guys were very slow and lazy and with absolutely no passion to do the job quickly.
I had to follow them up and down to make sure they are not sticking somewhere.
Despite all these headaches and after moving most of the thing by myself (with my wife), they made me angry like hell after adding one hour to the total hours. The manager threatened me to bring the police and take me to the court, although I was disappointed enough to not pay the extra amount despite his threats.
If you are looking for a professional and reliable removalist who take care of everything so you can have less stress at your move date, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I booked my move with them 1 week in advance, however on a booked date nobody came. Moreover, nobody answered phone calls. Left several message on their answer system but nobody bothered to call back and explain.

Sunshine State Removals are hands down the best removalists around. This was the second time in 2 years we have used them and both times they have been excellent. Both times they guys worked non stop from start to finish and didn't slow down once, they packed everything with great care, made it down 6 flights of stairs with all our large items and not one scratch. To top it all off they are all really nice, friendly guys who you can trust and they have the cheapest hourly rates by far!!
I know I'll be using them again next time I have to move.
