From our initial contact with Nick the Home Relocation Consultant to the final stages of leaving Australia with [Name removed by Sirelo], the Move Coordinator, to the guys that completed the uplift, the standard of service has been impeccable. Clear, concise instructions along with thorough information and reassurance was provided. We literally cannot fault these guys! We intend to return to Australia in 2 years and we will, without doubt, be using Palmers again
I should also especially mention, two days after the uplift, I found a box that I had placed in the wrong pile, that should have gone with the uplift. I called [Name removed by Sirelo] and she arranged not once, but twice (they couldn’t gain access the first time oops!) for the guys to come back and collect the missed box and add it to our shipment free of charge. I was panicking and [Name removed by Sirelo] was calm and reassuring and generally portrayed a sunny, happy, nothing was too much trouble attitude. An absolute as
