We thank the team at Furniture Freighters, especially Heather and Michael, for an excellent moving and storing experience. We couldn't believe the personal touch, superb packing, flexibility and professionalism. Nothing was a problem, and our move and storage was smooth and stress free. We relocated previously with a very large and reputable company and the service was abysmal compared to that which we received from Furniture Freighters. Items were broken and missing, and inconsistent communication made our experience very stressful. I can recommend this family business to anyone wishing to make a great move.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Furniture Freighters. My initial experience when I first rang to enquire was met with a genuine desire to help, and this followed through which was a great relief. We had been mucked around four times by furniture delivery crews, and other removalists/furniture removal companies were disinterested, clearly, they just told me how expensive it would be. The two men from yesterday company who came here were fantastic, I thought they would have to abandon the job as being impossible, but they found a way, despite it being late in the day, and they were clearly exhausted from carrying furniture up and down stairs all day. Furniture Freighters will be my go to company from now on

We moved interstate with furniture stored for 3 months. This was our 5th move (including intercontinental) and this experience was by far the best one we had. The team was super-professional, courteous, swift and very careful with our furniture. One piece of glass-shelving broke and was refunded without fuzz. Highly recommended.

We have used Furniture Freighters many times and they have always been very reliable and careful when moving our furniture. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
