Once again I have used the services of Woodhouse Removals and they were every bit as good as the first time! Very helpful and thorough in every way, Aaron and his team took great care of all my possessions down to the smallest pieces. They were very organised and even helped me to stay calm in amongst the upheaval! Thank you again to Aaron and his team and to Fadia and staff in the office for their attention and good work.

James and Warwick were really friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job in moving my 94 year old father into his new abode in April. They packed everything with care and respect and I could not recommend them more highly - thanks so much, would highly recommend Woodhouse!

Woodhouse moved us from 4217 to 4216. We have just finished unpacking boxes after 3 weeks and zero damage or losses. This is incredible, and down to the care taken by the packing, moving and unloading guys (it was the same 4 guys, all very experienced). They held our stuff in their yard overnight, and delivered the day after settlement, which meant far less stress than trying to cram everything into settlement day. Pricing was competitive, on an hourly rate, and the guys all worked hard, each day. The BDM and office in the background are also efficient and we can’t speak highly enough about the whole operation. Thank you guys.

Wow, what a day! The boys from Woodhouse were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they love their work and looked after our stuff like it was there own. The two James’s were workhorses and Woz is the king of furniture tetris. Great crew to work with.

I wanted to publicly acknowledge the fantastic experience dealing with Woodhouse Removals on the Gold Coast. Mel, Lawrence and the team were just amazing to deal with from start to finish. We sold our house and being December, many of the big name removal companies were advising zero availability for an uplift. I contacted Mel and from the very first conversation, there was complete empathy with the situation and flexibility to find a workable solution. There were many times when I needed to talk with Mel about the move and she was always available and always willing to accommodate anything that I needed. The boxes arrived as planned, the uplift happened exactly as planned and the team that did the move were professional and great to deal with. Everything happened exactly as committed and the interstate redelivery is on schedule, with a phone call from the delivery team confirming everything as planned. I couldn't be happier with the choice of Woodhouse Removals. Apart from the service level, they are very competitive on price and certainly great value.
